GNC Ultra nourish.....was going through the Komaza analysis thread and it hit me that they constantly ask that you take a hair supplement and drink loads of water...so decided to try this alongside my regimen since the amount of biotin is not as crazy as Manetabolism or hairfinity

Thanks @IDareT'sHair. Ima send her the reformulated ytc. I have 4 bottles of it smh. 8 bottles of the old formula arrive tomorrow. I'll order some more once I know for sure that they have the old formula.

Eta: i have 5 bottles of the new formula smh

I received my Komaza Care hair products yesterday (I ordered based on the final results of my hair analysis):
Vitamin Reign (I've used this before and I love it)
Beautiful Mane Scalp Serum
Coconut Damage Control Serum
Califa Moisturizing Cream

I also restocked my Ojon Revitalizing Mist - I didn't know that Ojon was purchased by Origins!

@IDareT'sHair , my box of old formula ytc just arrived. I open it and it is the new formula. This is going right back! :angry2:I am livid. My receipt says ytc pampering, not ytc nourishing. Ugh. A rep from ytc emailed me apologizing and what not and told me to try the coconut line. :handslap:

I don't know what I'm going to do if this new conditioner base is a bust. Today is wash day. I'll be back with a first impression review of the base.

Looking for the paul mitchell ginger line of products...soon as I find them I will be purchasing them as well.

@Beany, Oh no, that sucks!! I'm sorry to hear that your Yes to Carrots haul was a bust. I finally checked my email yesterday and saw that I had umteen messages from thrivemarket. Apparently my purchase wasn't completed. I was so excited that I must have forgot to confirm. :blush:I had also received an email from Honey's Handmade (formally Happy Nappy Honey) about a grand reopening sale. Of course I had to check out Honey's sale :biggrin:, so again I forgot about my thrivemarket cart. I just saw your YTC post and realized that I dodged a bullet because I still had 8 YTC "Pampering" Conditioners in my cart.

I hate it when companies reformulate their products and don't check with their vendors to ensure that the information they give their customers is updated to reflect the product changes. That's how I ended up with 2 SM Dandruff Control and 2 Yucca and Plantain masks instead of 2 Purification and 2 Yucca and Baobab masks, smh.

Okay Updates: The Good, The Bad & The Shocking.

First The Bad, which turned out to be Good:
As mentioned above I forgot to checkout my Thrivemarket purchase. Since the bulk of my order was YTC, after @Beany update I realize I lucked out. Now I'm not sure about the rest of the stuff in my cart. Since I already scored a sunblock for my son, there's no pressing need to checkout just yet. Well that Red Tea did look good. . .:angeldevil:

The Good:
I caught the Honey's Handmade sale, I bought;
1 x Knot in my Fro
1 x Mandarin Orange Curly Whip Leave-In
1 x Vanilla Honey & Coconut Milk Custard
1 x Mango and Monoi Styler
2 x Coffee Cocoa Curl Enhancing Custard (old formula)

I wanted a Coffee Caramel Creme Brulee, but it was sold out.:crybaby:

More Good:
I received a shipping notice from JAKEALA, Soultanicals and Curlbox.

I hadn't checked my email in a few days. So I just saw that my Curlbox Natural was sent on the 14th but there hasn't been any movement since it departed their partner facility in Georgia on the 15th, according to recent tracking info.o_O I'm sure it's in transit, but shouldn't it have passed through some other facility and been scanned again by now? Should I be worried?

The Shocking:
My Soultanicals package is already at my local post office awaiting delivery!!:eek::thud: Even if it isn't delivered until Monday, I would still be receiving it in less than half the time it usually takes.:yahoo:

@NappyKinks

I had a bad experience with Happy Nappy, which resulted in PayPal refunding me my money on x2 Separate Orders.

For some strange reason, the P.O. sent both of my orders back from Happy Nappy and said they were "Undeliverable?"

After that ordeal, she promised to send me something "Free" just to see if it would arrive, but she never did.

Not sure why my P.O. sent the stuff back, but they did it on two separate orders, so I'm leery to purchase from her.

I've never had that happen before.

@IDareT'sHair

Sorry to hear that, I ordered from her before and she sent me a free Grapefruit body scrub sample with my purchase. Unfortunately she forgot to include one of my items, the Coffee Cocoa Curl Enhancing Custard. I informed her about the oversite, it took a couple weeks but she sent it to me along with her apologies and a full size lemongrass body soap. My only complaint is that she is constantly changing her formulations, adding new products but discontinuing the older ones I love. That's why I bought 2 of the Cofee Cocoa Curl Enhancing Custard (wanted more but inventory was low), it was the old formula.

What you experienced with HNH is what I went through with Hairveda. P.O. said my Hairveda package was undeliverable and sent it back. I was sent another package but it too went back undeliverable. When I enquired through P.O.'s CS line, I found out they had the wong street address. I contacted them again and they gave me a choice of resending to correct address (since it wasn't my fault, I gave them my correct address) or refund. I'm a pj so I chose products. They sent me an email informing me that they would resend and refund s&h. I then received another email stating they were sending the products and issuing me a full refund, which they did. The ordeal took almost 2 months but I did eventually receive my products and it was free of charge. Since they had shipped my initial package within 1 week, I figured had it not been for the error I would have had my products in less that two weeks . I just chocked it up to a one time fustercluck so I will most likely be buying from them come BF.

Hydro Quench Systems on the other hand absconded with my money never sending me anything past a purchase confirmation. I had to go through Paypal to get my money back. Never again will I buy from them.:darkcloud:
