So I order my elucence acidifying shampoo from this website cause curlmart s shipping was too high. They sent me this giant box with gallon sizes of moisture benefit shampoos and conditioners. Inside was an invoice for $174.00 billed to someone else.
I called the number on the invoice to inform them of the mistake and this person told me that I called her cell phone that I should call the main office which number she gave me. I called the main office and explain the situation to another lady, and she says I need to email them to the address on the invoice, and they will email me the form to file a complaint.
I was like: are you kidding me? YOU made a mistake. Why do I have to go through all of that to exchange the boxes? Are you not concerned that this other person (most likely a stylist) is awaiting their almost $200 products. My shampoo was only 12$ and I paid $8 for shipping.
She wasn't trying to hear me though. So I order my acidifying shampoo from the recent curlmart sale. Now all I want is a refund and for them to schedule a pick up of the other products.
