It's starting to get warm and sunny again over here. So, I'm heading back to my spring/summer regimen. I bought some Giovanni Direct Leave In & Giovanni Smooth as Silk Deeper Moisture Condish. I also re-upped on my stock of Reshma Henna, Brahmi powder & restocked my vitamin cabinet.
I use acv diluted in water or tea as a final rinse when I wash my hair. Catnip is one of the herbal teas I use. It can also be mixed with ayurvedic powders to make pastes for your hair. Catnip prevents split ends and reduces breakage. Some people drink catnip tea for insomnia.
I bought catnip at a herb shop and also saw it later at a pet shop. So I opened a pack and the petshop catnip was FRESH and cheaper. I don't have cats so I'm safe
P.S. you can also find rice bran oil in pet shops or animal feed stores that cater to horses. The rice bran oil is added to the horse's food to create a beautiful shine in their coat
