I do con wshes every other day with Suave humectress or VO5 moisture milks.
Deep con every week with UBH conditioner or Nexxuss humectress
My everyday style is a bun or a tucked pony tail.
Protein treatments with ermergencee or aphoghee 6-7 weeks

I don't brush my hair at all and I only use those big combs.
I sleep w/ a scarf on every night, that's about it in a nut shell.
Oh, and drink lots of water and eat lots of protein, i think that had something to do with it too.
