Was your hair about the same length when you were relaxed? Or do you notice it is longer now?

I would say that my hair was longer just before I transitioned and probably would have thrived a lot better than it had been since I found the hairboards in August/September 2003. But I decided to stretch my relaxer for 6 months and then it went from there. I could have probably gone to butt length with a relaxer once I found the hairboard but I plan to do the same with my natural hair.
