It's Saturday evening, what are you doing to your hair?????

I detangled and dc'd this morning. I am 14 wks post and tons of ng. I am sitting here with twists in and hair is about 75% dry and I am really not looking forward to doing the detangle. :nono: After I get it detangled I will be doing as little as possible to it until I relax on Monday or Tuesday.

I pre-pooed with Coconut oil. Shampooed with Aveda Sap moss. First time reg poos besides CON have not tangled me up. Im currently DCing as I type with Lustrasilk Shea cholesterol Plus and seal it with a mix of Amla, JBCO, Coconut and peppermint oils concoction. .... Ohhh its tingling baby and Im loving it. (as I munch on cheese and crackers.

After yesterday's tangled disaster (I will never clarify after 9 weeks post again) I washed and conditioned and did a blow out with a round brush. So it's flipped up with lots of volume and gloss. I feel diva-ish right now

good question sis! i just realized with all that busyness i havent washed my hair in 2 weeks! damn that s a first i feel so lazy to do my hair but i might wash it later on today gosh its under my satin bonnet and my scarf it s been like that the whole week no combing no nothing i cant believe i forgot my hair that whole time wowwwww

I am going to relax this week after 18 months of being natural and a forced BC. So, I am doing a prepoo tonight with a little Olive Oil con. Amla oil and Hot 6, clarifying and DC tomorrow. Relax on Wednesday

I washed, deep conditioned and added a rinse to darken the color that I put in my hair a couple weeks ago. I then rollerset and blew out the roots, it is now wrapped with a satin scarf!

I sprayed my hair with my mega-tea brew (from my maniacal tea herbal infusing over four days a couple week ago: kelp, horsetail, nettle, burdock, irish moss, rosemary, oatstraw, parsley, calendula, chamomile, wild cherry bark, marshmallow, yarrow, sage, thyme, fenugreek, gotu kola, tulsi) and then layered on some White Rain Sea Kelp to which I added a bit of oil and cayenne and shikakai. My scalp is very warm right now. This is my pre-poo. I will shampoo tomorrow.

tsk tsk
now are you going to fix that?

I'm taking these braids down, and detangling and moisturinzing each and every braid (piece of hair) after I take the synthetic hair out. This is going to take forever!!!

Co washed with Organix Shea Butter, used Tresemme Smooth & Silky as a leave-in, applied Bee Mine serum to my scalp and bunned it up :yep:

I'm thinking about DCing on dry hair((will be my first time)) and then probably a braidout. I can't use heat for either though because I am on the blowin in the wind challenge, and I am really trying to reserve my heat passes for those really HOTTT humid days later on in the summer when heat is the only thing that can save my hair from certain disaster

I preepooed on Friday with Alma and Coconut Vatika Oil, Then shampooed with Jason and put in my Deep Conditioner and went to bed..... I rinsed today and roller set sat under the dryer for an hour and then went to belly dance class with my rollers in....my teacher asked where am I going tonight..I replied no where till monday and the whole class burst out laughing...:ohwell: not sure why... I had to take out the ones on the sides and used duck bills to make soft set curls so I could sleep with the set in and left the back and the mohawk in...... So unless I find some where to go I will be in rollers until tomorrow:grin: so if you see a tall brown skinned girl with rollers in her hair ....with a yellow baby who has a curly fro in the grocery store its just me!:drunk:

I washed and did a special avocado treatment on my hair, now I'm DCing with ORS Replenish, then I'll do a 2 min. Aphogee and set my hair for an air dry twistout.

I washed my hair with shampoo and right now I am dc'ing with Proclaim Aloe&Shea mixed with Shealoe, hempseed butter, and avocado oil..I have been putting too much oils in my dc and this week i used the right amount..the conditioner mix was very creamy! :lick:

I washed my hair this morning actually. I put a mix of brown and clear John Frieda color glazes on my dry hair for about half an hour. I rinse, shampooed with ovation shampoo, deep conditioned with Kenra MC for 45 mins. I then used Paul Mitchell the conditioner leave in with organix coconut serum. I was planning on rollersetting but my mother called and wanted to meet me for lunch so in a wet bun it went. It has dried VERY nicely. I am extremely happy with how it looks and feels.

Tonight I will massage my scalp with ovation cell therapy before bed.

I am going to apply Qhemet Amla & Olive Heavy Cream to my dry hair in sections, then detangle it. I'll seal it with amla oil and then braid it up. I'm prepping for an ayurvedic wash tomorrow.

This afternoon, I cowashed, then added Giovanni Direct Leave-in and sealed with extra virgin coconut oil. Afterwards, I made 10 twists with rollers on the ends, and I airdrying now. I plan to wear a twistout to church tomorrow.

well I'm sitting there with this sourcream and lemon mix in my hair. 42 more minutes before I wash it out.

I'm also cooking lentil soup ..... having soup and salad for dinner
