I use affirm fiberguard relaxer and the sustenance conditioner. I use keracare hydrating and humecto.
​

My reggie when I'm not wearing braids is:

• dc with humecto(sometimes with sustenance) on dampened hair and cowash after with VS so sexy (cuz my SO likes it )
  • I do this once a week for about three weeks
  • I then do a rod set and wear it for about a week
  • Or I may air dry and flat iron on one of the weeks and roll my hair on satin rollers in the front and wear a bonnet to sleep-it keeps the bend in the back

• on the fourth week I clarify, using Redken sensories clarifying shampoo
  • I do the same hairstyles
• I relax every 7 weeks when I'm not in braids(trying to stretch more)
  • I base my scalp thoroughly and coat my hair with a Cantu brand product and castor oil(no castor oil on the new growth).
  • I do a hard core protein treatment a week after my relaxers.
• When I''m in braids I wash and condition with JASON aloe shampoo and biotin conditioner.
  • I then spray moisturize with wave nuvou(sp?)

I think that's it.
