It\'s Getting Hot in Here - Effects of Central Heat on Hair?

Well, now that the weather is cold outside, it is very hot (and I'm talking HOT) inside...

So how are you defending you hair against the central heat? What kinds of styles are you wearing? What products are you using?

Now, when I do a wet bun, it dries like in four hours /images/graemlins/shocked.gif. Short of spritzing my hair with distilled water (as I am currently doing) what can I do to keep moisture in my hair ALL DAY?

Yeah I purchased a cool mist humidifier and have been using it for about a week now. I mainly bought it because my husband gets cold at night and turns the heat up to like 1000 degrees. Ok, maybe not 1000, but it's 90 and that is hot as hell.
