She sounds like she had some time to reevaluate the situation. I'm glad she was mature enough to come to you and apologize like that. Some people never admit they were wrong.

She haven't said anything else to me since. I'm glad.

You need to watch her closely. She may harbor some closet resentment and try to nit pick you in other areas....be pleasant but be aware........
