DH is definitely my best friend. I have other good friends, but there is NO ONE else I would rather be trapped on a deserted island with. There is no one else I would want to tell the joys, pains, and excitement of my life before him. There is no one else I would want to talk to about issues in our relationship besides him.
It baffles me sometimes, when I'm out with my other coupled friends, and they don't want to go home and go back to their partners. I'm ALWAYS itching to be with DH - he's the only one this only child can deal with for extended periods of time.
