Thick all the way around. Relaxer or not

I'm now learning to not work against it. I used to try everything to thin it out :nono:

Thin

But I don't know if I understand what people are saying about 'thickening it up'. If you have low density, how do you just change that?

Thin strands/ Medium Density

Transitioning is helping the cause since I'm retaining the volume that I do have.

Mine is thin, which is why short hair worked better for me. When I attempted to grow it out, it just looked limp. But, when I wear it natural it does give a good volume.

My actual hair strands are very thin. I don't know why. When my hair is relaxed my hair looks very thin. I'm natural now, and I realize I have a lot of hair densely packed in even though the strands are thin.

Even though I've been asked if I am a natural with a blow out on more than a few occasions. I voted Medium, I've seen some thick hair and by comparison I'm no where near that.
