Mine is uneven in one area. When I cut out the relaxer & mistakenly cut off a few inches of natural hair... although it's grown, it's still uneven. I'll prolly do a "shape" cut in a few more months!

My hair grow in a u-shape. I trim my own ends, my last trim was in April 2005. Feel free to have a looh at my photos.

Mine is uneven layers. :ohwell: I plan the cut it when I get closer to my goal and start wearing it straight sometimes.

Mine naturally grows in a "V" but I have a straight across cut now. I liked the "V" but I guess you're supposed to tell stylists not to remove it, huh? :ohwell:

My hair is randomly uneven also. :ohwell: I know that layers are supposed to make your hair look "fuller", but I'm getting sick and tired of them. My hair has been in layers/uneven for at least 2 years now, and it makes the top of my hair look thick and full, but the ends look anemic.

Now that my healthier hair is growing in, I think I'll get a trim and slowly but surely work towards my hair being a little more even again.

Uneven- I would prefer it was in a nice soft natural U shape, but one side grows faster than the other, so my hair doesn't honor my wishes, lol!!

My hair is randomly uneven. My longest layer is pretty even, but all the layers in between arent. I've thought about cutting my hair to the shortest layer, but my hair grows unevenly. The best thing for me to do is to grow it till that last layer gets to my ultimate goal length and then cut it.

I was reading something last week and it said that as you get older if you want to keep your hair long, the most flattering shape is a V shape. It keeps your hair from looking as heavy as a blunt cut would.

This is interesting. I can see why this would make sense...I'll embrace my V when I get older, but right now I WANT A UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!! (excuse my outburst)

my hair grows in a V shape...I can't stand it...but what can I do?...everytime i do an even cut...it goes right back to being a V...so i give up and stop cuttin' it...my ends aren't split or raggedy so i'm leavin' it alone...For now!!!;)

right now my hair is randomnly uneven..due to a lot of bad haircuts, jealous hairdressers.. and combs that got stuck in my head that i cut out..when i was younger..lol..

im definitely aiming for either a v cut with bangs or a U cut..they look sooo sexy!

righ now i'm uneven and dont plan on doing a thing about it maybe i will even up when i get to armpit but my hair grows at different rates so i'm thinking i might not even it up until i get to my goal of waist we shall see

The bottom of my hair is blunt, but it has not reached it's full growth, so I do not know what it will be in the end. I prefer u shaped. I do not trim anymore. Bonjour.

My hair naturally grows lop-sided with the left side in the back longer than the right. If I trim, it takes about another 5-6 months to see a noticeable difference again. The left side grows very fast, it always hurts to cut it.

I have a blunt cut, but it is "see-thru"... Can't WAIT until those short middle peices grow down into my length!!!

as you can clearly see....it tends to grow into a U-shape . I am going to have to cut those ends and gradually raise the U up so that it's back straight across again like I like it.....but, that will be over the next year.
