I love love her hair. I love how bouncy it is. How is it styled?

Hair looks airdried in stretched fashion, like jumbo bantu knts or twists-- or just a banded ponytail.
 
I too vote a stretched out style but I think braids (although even twists might work). I think braids because I think hair would fan out more easily than it would if it'd been held in twists.

This is a braid-out after hair's been washed a few times and shrinkage has occurred:

A twistout gives me a different appearance and hair isn't separated or fanned out:

Here's hair that was braided wet and then allowed to airdry before being unbraided. Notice the waves but also with length showing (and I kinda see waves in the OP, but banding could create those too I think):
