Is there any way to ignore threads?

There are several threads saying the same thing in the title over and over at a new thread creation frequency of 2-3 daily threads by the same user. Is there anyway to put the entire thread on ignore so it doesn't appear when I enter the specific Sub-forum? Thanks in advance!
