Is the wet to dry flat iron safe?

I never used them, but would say no, because I would think that you would have to use excessive heat to effectively dry your hair and straighten it.

I wouldn't recommend them because a few ladies have had to do major trims due to bubble hair, flat ironing their hair when it wasn't completely dry. I would think this flat iron would just put you at risk

I did it before. I used a regular sedu flat iron tho. My hair was still a little damp in some places and I had to run the flat iron over those areas more than others. I wouldnt recommend it for that reason.

ETA: Dunno what happened to my post. Anyway I think the wet/dry flat iron caused my hair to lose it's curl. Not good. :nono:

Nope. Used it last year and got heat damage. Had to cut off a few inches in a section on the left side of my head. :nono:

This is what my situation will most likely come down to. When I do wng's I look like a scarecrow now.

Yeah after I used it I tried a wng and there was one random area that was tight in the roots and this stringy, half wave thing happening. I was like, "Ummmmm, no."
