Is silica the same as horsetail??

Silica is a chemical compound which can be found in horsetail.

Silica can be found in horsetail, but bamboo silica contains a higher percentage of silica. I think it's either 70% or 700% more than horsetail


The only brand I've found that makes bambo silica is Solaray. It's a really good supplement
