I want to do an JBCO oiling session on my hair. Overnight. I also want to try out my new Sunny Isles sham/dc. Is that too heavy. My hair is 4b/4c. Very thick. Thanks y’all!!

Is oiling hair AND using as xtra dark JBCO shamp/dc too much?
