Is anyone taking Nature\'s Plus Ultra Hair Plus???

I am not taking any multivitamin made specifically for hair, but if I were, I'd definitely choose Nature's Plus Ultra Hair. I had my eye on GNC's Nourishair until I compared the amounts of each mineral/vitamin in both multis and realized Nature's Ultra Hair had more biotin and more MSM and more B5...to mention a few of the miracle-workers for hair. So I think it's a good choice.

I purchased it but haven't begun taking it. This is the same brand (and the recommended supplement for) the shake I drink daily for my hair.....

I plan to start it when I've polished off the rest in my aresenal. The shake is working really well and I plan on replacing a few of my vits with it so that I just take - nature's Ultra Hair Vitamin and Shake, 10,000mgs. of Biotin and 1000mgs.of B5.

Thanks, Tracy... I researched it on the web and found that cancer patients are loving it after chemo......

I'm definitely adding it to my regimen...

I've taken Nature's Ultra Hair Plus and it really helped strengthen my hair & aided in its growth. It also improved the appearance of my skin. But I ran out & haven't bought another bottle.

I had to make sure I took them on a full stomach. Otherwise, it made me feel so sick. I would recommend this over GNC Ultra Hair. Nature's Plus seen to work better for me. Good luck!

I plan on trying the Nature's Plus Ultra Hair Shake this weekend. I read some good things about it, so I'll give it a try. As far as the Nature's Plus Ultra Hair supplements, I'll give those a try once I finish off the supplements that I am currently taking. I'm always up for new things, especially if I will be rewarded in the end!
