Is a Neutralizing Conditioner Safe for Co-washing?

Hello everyone! Im a newbie here and I was wondering is it okay to use a neutralizing conditioner for daily co-washing. I promised myself that I would use up all my old products before I bought new ones.

But at the same time its not worth it if using the neutralizing conditioner on a regular basis is going to make my hair fall out.

Any suggestions??

It really shouldn't matter. Conditioners in general have a more acidic ph than shampoo. I have the conditioner you are talking about. As long as what ever conditioner you use makes your hair feel good then go for it.
