Your hair turned out beautifully. what a long ponytail!
What happened to that brush/hair dryer you bought? Is this tool better than the brush?I found one for $25 and could not pass it up. It arrived today. I just used it.
OMG. If my hair reverts, this is a game changer.
Right now I am wearing a single ponytail braid.
My hair feels soooooooooooo silky and healthy.
I'll share deets and photos later: I'm on the run at the moment.

Please share pictures when you can. I'm praying for you reversion on wash day.I still own it. These results are waaaay better. I'll have to see if my hair reverts, though.
I have a blow dryer brush too.I still own it. These results are waaaay better. I'll have to see if my hair reverts, though.

Where were you able to find it for $25?
dang you got a nice deal! I'm just gunna have to be happy with this 40% coupon from Sally's then lolEbay. The seller was ge0rgiexp0rgie. (Please see image below.)
I emailed the seller before purchasing because I was suspicious. The seller replied with:
It turns out the seller has an instagram at @findsiwishweremine: She put it on the thank you card in the box. Here is a link, but I don't know if she has any more ion steam pro brushes: http://www.pxlep.com/findsiwishweremine.Hi there!
It was given to me, as a gift-- from a client! She bought it at Sally's Beauty Supply. I just have no use for this iron, I have plenty that I love to use. I can assure that it works, its still in the package with the plastic wrap. I'm sorry this deal seemed so sketchy! If you have any other inquires, please let me know!
After I saw that, I told my husband, "I wonder if this was on the up and up now. Looks like some kind of Instagram business." He said, "Well, it was on your end. You tried to verify that it was legitimate."
I just purchased I got $15 off I think I will be trying it this weekend.
I planned to try it on my mil and to just try a piece in the back of my hair. I just showed to her and she told me to take it back because she wants to "go natural". She is natural but she gets her hair straightened. So I don't know. I may take it back.Will you just be patch testing? I know you love your coils. I don't think I got heat damage, but I'll be fine if I did because I prefer wearing stretched twist outs and ponytails anyway. But you love your wngs!
When I used it, I used my nondominant hand to hold my detangled section by the ends. I held the section taught by gently pulling my hair down by the ends, then I pulled the steam pro down through my hair, rotating my wrist at the top of the section to angle the steam pro to aid in straightening.
I had to hold my ends like that because of how my hair immediately 'fros up. After that first pass, I combed through the section to make sure the steam pro would easily pass through on the second pass.
I'm sure you will develop your own great technique(s). I just wanted to share in case it helps.
Other thought:
Does anyone think this tool is safest on dry hair so that there is no water in the hair shaft to bubble up in the hair shaft? I'm just thinking aloud: I doubt I could get a brush through my hair when dry. I used it on damp hair made slick by the heat serum I used.
@YvetteWithJoy
So you are gonna show out too? lol just beautiful!

Twist out after using the brush twice.
I see youthfulness and life!Lol. Thanks. I needed to hear that. I was feeling quite aged in those pics and almost removed them, it was such a long and tiring day. Thank you.
Ok ladies I'm gonna test this out on my DD.. I'm glad I can use this on slighty damp hair.
@YvetteWithJoy @grownwomanaz
This is her and her hair texture. So do you think I need to blow it out a bit? She has a ton of shrinkage.
Awe thank you so much! Ok I will give it a go! She really wants to wear it straighten.She's stunning! I love her curls.
I was able to use it without blow drying. I still haven't washed my hair to see if the curls are undamaged.

Lol, you are too kind ma'am. I'm in twists 95% of time. I always flat twist on wet hair and put my twists in a bun after they dry a bit. When they are dry sometimes I take them out and that is the result. I've never blowed dry my hair for a twist out.This is so beautiful. Your skin!
So what went into this style? You straightened your hair, then straightened it again, then twisted the straightened hair? What product did you twist with?
I apologize if you addressed this already, but did you suffer any heat damage?
TIA!
I used this on air dryed hair and my word. It's like it infused the leavein products and moisture right into my hair. It left my hair sooo silky,fluffy, and moisturized. Think freshly Dominican blown out hair but silky.
The only issue I see will Be making sure my Airdryed hair is fully detangled before using it. I don't like combing airdryed hair at all. That's just asking for breakage.
