Important Lesson Learned Today...

If it aint broke, don't fix it!!!!! My PJism got the best of me at Target, and I picked up NTM Deep Conditioning Hair Mask. I heard good things about it, and decided to try it in place of my beloved MNT Conditioner. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I knew as soon as I rinsed it out that my hair was going to be extra tasty crispy and dry, which it was. To add insult to injury, I rollerset my hair, but used metal clips instead of the plastic covers. I won't make that mistake again. My roots are seriously puffy (a problem I've NEVER had when using the covers) and very dry. I have never had any problems like this using MNT and rollersetting the way I usually do...even up to 12 weeks post-relaxer. Tomorrow, I will re-wash, using the methods and products that I know and love! Oh, and if anyone in the DC Metro Area wants my NTM mask, let me know...it's all yours!

Oh sorry it didn't work for you MOcha. I've had such phenominal results with it, that just goes to show that every one has a different body pH. Just stick to what works for you and hopefully things will get better.

I'm really glad you posted this because I was thinking of buying this and trying it out the 1st chance I got , but I really don't need to try anything new because what I've been already using is working perfectly and is just what my hair needs!!!
