GPB as a pre-poo

Wow it's really great to hear everyone having great success with this method. I guess Mr. Aubrey really knows his hair stuff . I'm gonna do this again on Saturday.

I'm still using the old version of GPB (have two bottles). I may try this if I ever get around to the new version of GPB. Right now, it's still working out well for me by using it after I shampoo my hair.

yes, use it as a CO wash or in between elucence products and ITS A WRAP!!

Yep Yep!! Gotta do this too! I have a bottle of the old formulation (but have to pass The Vitamin Shop on the way home so if my car just happens to get off the freeway......)

All I'ma say is...that...I did this...but I think I did it badly....and I don't know
if I'll be attempting again (please see...How NTM saved me this weekend thread)....but I'm so glad that this worked for so many with great results..
