Okay this is like two threads in one.:)

I want to switch to a line that I can get in stores. I hate the fact that the UPS man leaves my packages in my front yard. He doesn't even ring the doorbell. I think I will just use the nexxus line for most of my products. I used this when I started my journey and my hair thrived.

I am looking at a bottle of sall'y generic nexxus humectress i have and a bottle of the real nexxus and the ingredients are different. Generic humectress have a few missing ingredients including the ceramide 3 even though on the generic bottle it has the ingredients listed the same.

I know my usual UPS guy by name, we have an agreement that he leaves my parcels over the back gate. You have to catch your guy and have a 'little talk' with him 'cause that mess he does is not right. I'd also give a call to the main office about it. I have a tiny note on my mail box and doorbell forbidding leaving packages out front in case Michael is not the delivery person; obviously your guy wouldn't even see the note if you had one.

PartII...I know the generic and real NEXXUS are different since I finally tried the real deal. Real NEXXUS is wonderful although the generic is OK but results are so different.

oh, man! i didn't know they were different. i thought i was on to something when i started using the (cheaper) generic products!! they're like half the price of the real brands!!! :ohwell:

I prefer in-store products, as well. I have been slowly switching to all products I can buy in stores.

The only one I HAVE to order is Qhemet's stuff - I CANNOT find in-store replacements for those.

Also sometimes I have to order just to save money. Like Chi Silk Infusion is so much cheaper online, you know.

I thought I was doing something too but they are different. My hair didn't do as well with the generic so I sat the bottles side by side and they are different.
