I'm saving my hair, one head at a time!

As you recall from another post, I have a mother that isnt quite up to par with the hair care stuff. I also have a cousin who has breakage issues as well as other concerns. Well, my mom wanted to buy a heat protectant so we all went to Sally's. Here is the kicker: THEY LET ME READ THE INGREDIENTS BEFORE BUYING THEM! They were even asking me when to use them. My mom asked about a better oil spray since the one she used had alcohol/butane in it. They came out with some quality products and some knowledge.
There is hope for people, ladies. Just thought I'd share
ETA: Title should say "Im saving my FAMILY'S (sp?) hair, one head at a time!"

My family does me the same way. My Mom is hard headed though. She'll do something to her hair she has no business doing then complain about the results. I'm surprised all her hair hasn't ended up in the sink bowl. It irks me soooo bad!

Well I think both of them are tired of their hair ending up on the floor and breaking. My hair is only shedding (despite transitioning) and they are taking notice.

Im hoping that it spreads...I have my eyes on some other family members that I cringe at when I see them.
