Today, I flat ironed my hair- b/c I planned on getting my last trim for the year. And one of my co workers said, "hey your hair is growing!" 
I was very pleased to hear that. I really can't tell sometimes myself and a girl can get discouraged. But I have to be honest, I do feel my hair getting thicker. And where my hair was thinning on one side at the hairline I notice it filling in. So I guess the vits are working along with the OCT and laying off heat. So I guess I should just keep up the good work! (btw my coworkers hair is getting thicker too, she was experiencing thinning hair and since she's began using Nioxin, she's has seen some great improvement ).
