If your hair is layered....does it still count?

Hello ladies! I'm asking because I would really like to receive some clarification on this matter. If you have cut your hair into layers, should you still abide to the length on the charts?

I myself consider my hair to be past BSL, but I do have layers (the shortest being past my chin). It's not a full BSL, but I choose for it to be that way.

What do you ladies think?:spinning:

I think it counts if you have cut it that way. But if it just won't grow all over, I don't know? I say this because I have troubles and don't want to get smacked down for claiming anything too early.

I say claim it. I have layers the shortest layer being collar bone length, so what am I supposed to consider my hair shoulder length?

I'm a smidget from APL but I feel funny claiming it, especially since my hair is layered and only one part of my hair is touching it. So I feel ya.
