If you use Nature's cure...what else are you using?

I just recently started using Nature's cure and so far I like it...I have been trying products for at least 15 years at this point! I was just wondering for those of you that use it, what other products are you using for washing, moisturizing, etc.

Right now, I alternate between the proactive face wash and the demologica face wash. I am also using a Neutrogena oil free lotion to moisturize. Should I stick to my same routine (which seems to be working pretty darn good to say that I've only been taking the supplement for 4 days).

Also, did you continue taking your other herbal supplements? (i.e. fish oil, biotin, etc.)

I love Nature's Cure - I could not believe how well it worked for me.

I use it two months straight about 2x a year. I cleanse my face with Dr. Bronners peppermint soap and that is all.

I continue to take suppliments for my hair but I guess they can help my skin as well.

Natures cure is the only thing that works for my moderate acne. Now I just get a couple of pimples during my time of the month. I use neutrogena clear pore cleanser/mask two times a day.

I do use Nature's Cure BTW but I only chew the tablets and it's been great for me. Benzoyl Peroxide bleaches my clothes but works.

Are all NC's pills chewable? How does it taste.

They are regular pills (i.e. not soft) but you can chew them very easily and they taste like a very weak mint. That's the best way for me to describe it....its not bat at all!!
