This is easy for me. I do less than 5 things to my hair.

Wash
Condition and deep condition
Moisturize
Seal with oil

That's it. Occassionally I do a hot oil treatment. I sleep in a silk scarf or satin bonnet. Don't know if that counts though.

I am very close to this now! I think realistically I wouldn't be able to comply because I just do what my hair wants which means different products or styling techniques at different times.

3) Sealing ends as needed (usually every other day)
4) Cross wrapping at night
5) Scritching

Nope, this leaves me with no growth aid usage.

Products, OK this one would be hard to trim down...
1) Aphogee Deep Moisture shampoo
2) A good liquid leave in spray
3) An all purpose oil blend for adding to DCs and sealing hair with
4) internal growth aid
5) external growth aid

See, that leaves me with no moisturizer, relaxer, or DC.
