I'm cool with it.

It took a long time to get here but I'm perfectly satisfied with my current length. Any inches beyond this are just icing on the cake.

It's funny that you say this cuz it's not the same head of hair.

It's been a long long ride, I went natural, that wasn't working for me so I began relaxing again a year ago.

The short answer is that I protective style and watch my hairs protein/moisture balance.

Hell, I'd gotten all the way up to a hundred pound loss but that didn't last long. I've managed to keep the 60 off though but it's a daily struggle.
