Congratulations on your progress.
Your hair is beautiful. I don't believe that is your terminal length but if it were my terminal length I would be happy too.

Wow!! I remember your natural hair from when I first joined, your hair has grown soooo much, I had no idea! Very inspirational :yep:!

Beautiful!

I still remember when you were natural when I first joined this board. Your progress is out of this world!! Congratulations!!!

We're so >>here<<. That's a length that is just purr-fect IMO so I'm happy for you too esp coz it's not just long, but also looks healthy and full too.

You're one of my longtime inspirations. :notworthy

Seeing pics like these is one of the things that keep me going on my journey. Congrats. Your hair is lovely!!!

Great progress...I doubt it's your terminal length though. What would make you think that?
I don't really think it its, but I looked in the mirror after my t/u and said if my hair doesn't grow one more centimeter beyond this I'd be perfectly content. It's the perfect length for me and it's what I envisioned when I started taking care of my hair.

Your hair looks great Crackers Phinn! So thick and healthy! Can you share more details about your regimen and the products you use?

I wash my hair twice a week, airdry in an updo or loose bun and sleep with my hair in a bonnet. I stretch relaxers 16 weeks. I may flat iron my hair once or twice between t/u's. After 4 years of doing this I keep the regimen as simple as possible. Here is a link to the products I use

It's funny you say that you had to revert back to relaxing after doing the natural thing, this is what happened to my Niece she was natural but her hair just wouldn't thrive. It shed a lot so my Sis relaxed her hair again. Now her hair is Waist length.

I can't get past APL and had a setback since then but I'm not going to relax again. Hopefully, I'll discover how to make this thing work.

I know that folks get tired of me complaining about single strand knots, but if I could have found a way to get them under control I'd still be natural. The most frustrating part of my natural journey was constantly getting so close to apl that I was able to taste it just to have to cut the hair because I'd have ssk's running up the individual hair strands.

Like the other ladies have said, I would agree that you are not at your terminal length. It looks good.

Keep going and focusing on your health. It is not how the world treats you that matters. It is how you treat yourself. Continue to treat yourself well, as you are doing. All things are a process.

Your progress, related to gaining length and losing weight, is evidence of the success of your process. I sure do appreciate the wonderful example you present. Thank you JC/C Phin.

Great progress! I pm'ed you a while ago about your siggy and heard *crickets*....:look:

Anyhoo, y'all are motivating me to keep doing this hair thang. :yep:

Girl, your hair is to die for! That's 4 years of hard work and progress. Congrats on a job well done. If that's terminal length, I'll take it too..can't imagine what 4 more years on the hair board would do for you!
