if i rocked a twa....can i rock a halle cut???

lol.....that's the dang question of the month.

this is kb here who's going natural again. i am so tempted to just cut down to a twa, but wear it flat-ironed in Halle-inspired styles.

IMO, one can rock a Halle cut if one has already rocked a twa. If you decide to go for it, please let us know.

What's your hair texture? I think a 3b or lower would be easier to hot curl because of the loose curl pattern. 4a/4b hair would be more difficult to straighten and easier to frizz b/c of the tight curls.

Have you pressed or flatiironed your hair before? If so, did it last for as long as you wanted it to last? If so, I'd say go for it. I'd just worry about reversion. Then again winter is coming so you might not have to worry as much about that.

Honestly, if it wasn't damaged hair that caused me to transition and I was just doing it, I would probably have my hair straight styled all the time! I am ok with things the way they are now for the most part though!

thanks guys....I think I'm going to go for it in January (you know...after family get-togethers....just in case I'm not excited about it).

As far as my hair texture, I'm 4a, but I have good results when I flat-iron my hair. The only thing that does hinder me is working with the two textures; they get tangled soooooo easily compared to just working with one.

I'm excited and anxious!

P.S. - Allandra, you all will definitely get all of my comments about the hair....yes!
