The website doesn't give much information about the product. Is this a table-top model? What is the wattage? Does it have a timer? Does it have auto shut-off? What type of water is used in it?

There are some steamers that cost less than this one that have the above features.

I do not remember, but there is one.

Thats all I know. I have this one, and have not probs thus far. You can email the company for more info on the warranty. When I had questions they answered quickly. I didn't go to the site, mine was $100, not sure what they are charging now, but I wasn't able to find any steamers for less than that a few months ago.

ETA: Ok, it's $114 now.
