I have had a huetiful steamer since June. I love it. Since I am in a dorm it saves a considerable amount of space. My hair has been doing great since I got it. The downside like others have said is the depth. To get the back of my hair halfway through my steam session I straddle my chair to get a good steam. Besides that I love it!
