I was discussing this with someone a couple of days ago:
Someone from my past told me that he felt complete and whole, when we were together. Uhmmmm, my question at the time was what were you when I was not around?
Do statements like that alarm you?
Personally, I will never let a man be the reason for my feeling complete or whole. If I am not complete and whole before I meet you, then I certainly am not complete and whole after I meet you. No man completes me, they may “compliment” me, if we are equally yoked in some way, but complete me …
