In about a year.... so I want to start my research now. Where do I start?
I want either red hair or light brown/reddish highlights.
My hair "type" and status
Very soft fine 3c or Big S and little s (from my gurl LOIS)
Relaxer: Vitale
Regimen: One week curly, w/ co-washes, one week straight, w/ wrapping and olive oil on the ends
Current health status: split ends (only the ends) about 30% down from 70% back in January
Other than this my hair is healthy.
Current length: back is already neck length and the sides are under my ears
Goal length: shoulder length by August (my hair grows fast---it will happen!)
I want to color in a year because by then I should have reached my second hair goal (BSL) and also have a regimen that works for longer hair. My hair tends to be on the fragile side and I have heard many things about coloring. I don't know where to start or what to do. I don't want to make a mistake and ruin all my hard work and dedication to longer hair. Any tips, links, suggestions I will really appreciate! Thanx!
