Oh man...so now you have to stop running to look cute with the hair? Oh no!!!!
douglala said:I workout 5 days a week (Monday thru Friday). On those days I just do a CO Wash or rinse + leave in and wet bun. I run so the CO wash is necessary especially in the summer. The wet bun is not the greatest look but I have no one to impress during the week anyway. It's work -> gym -> home.
On the weekends (when it really matters for me anyway) I wear my hair out.
If I do happen to go out mid week I will skip the cardio/run for the day and just double up on weights/yoga/stretching/abs. I don't sweat much doing those.
