I think this is going to be my primary line of products.

Packaging...A+
Ingredients...A+

Shea Amla Whipped Butter Cream...:lick::lick::lick::lick:. My hair is instantly softer and I like the smell.
My only regret is that I didn't have the money to buy the largest available sizes. Next order:yep:

I haven't used the Hibiscus Oil or Natural Gel yet, but I look forward to both.

I JUST ordered the Shea Amla Butter cream this weekend...how long did it take for you to receive your product. I got the one for 9 dollars just to start off. If i like it i will get a bigger batch next time. I cant Wait!!!

Why ooo why. So they are having the sale this Friday and I already convinced myself all I needed was the trial sizes to start off with....

I've never used the products before, but with the deal and the rave reviews I feel like I should LOAD UP! Just in case I do like the stuff. :lachen:

Atleast with the 8oz containers. I heard a little goes a long long way.

I want EVERYTHING too. All the butters for sure.

It's good to see others getting on board with Afroveda. I've been using her products for about a year now and that Shea-Amla Butter became a staple after the very first use. I'm in love with her Whipped Gelly too.

I think I'll try this line for the black friday sale. I better check out that review thread to see what i want.

It took 2 weeks. I ordered on 11/10. Kind of long, but it was worth it.

I love her butters and recommend them all. She has great service and the shipping isn't usually too bad, it takes longer if there is a sale going on.

Poka,
I'll be back on Friday, too. My mom wants to go in for half of the 32 oz. butters and conditioners.

So I looked at the site and now I'm viewing youtube vids. I have some things jotted down that look good and got good reviews but I'm confused about which ones are moisturizers. I can't find descriptions or ingredients lists on the site.

I'm assuming the Chocolate Moisture Mask is?

What about the Totally Twisted Almond Butter, the Shea Amla Whipped Buttercream and the curly custard?

I wish I could find the ingredients list.

Have been lurking in the makeup forums instead where it has been a little safer - However I am so fed up of hearing how great this stuff is that I am now starting to get itchy fingers with the old credit card - I NEED TO BUY SOMETHING - ARGHHHH - thankyou LHCF Ladies....

ETA......i found the ingred. list and description....my comp was acting crazy.

I noticed that a lot of the links to more detailed product descriptions aren't working, so I was frustrated in my effort to find out more. Hopefully, this will be straightened out before the sale. I plan on purchasing Shea Amla Butter Cream, Cocolatte Moisture Mask, Coconut Moisture Milk Conditioner and some Carrot Seed poo bars.

Poka,

I can help with one ingredient list:

Shea Amla Whipped Butter Cream-aloe vera leaf juice, rice milk, water, shea butter, sesame oil, ashwagandha powder, nettle, herbal oil complex, castor oil, almond oil, neem oil, glyceryl stearate (and) cetearyl alcohol (and) sodium stearoyl lactylate, phenoxyethanol and caprylyl glycol, and love. frankincence and myrrh essential oil blend

That's exactly how it's printed.

Yes, only one link worked for me. I'll go back tomorrow and hopefully they will work.

Check the first page of the Afroveda review thread started by SignatureBeauty. I posted ingredients for the first products I ordered.

I asked her about overseas delivery for three 8oz products but she only uses priority Mail it seems and that was $51.25:nono::nono::nono:. I asked her if she would consider using International First Class Mail (Small Packages) which was much cheaper and she never responded so I guess not..........:sad:

You won't regret it...

Am I trippin, or is 10-20% off not that big of a deal? Depending on what you order, that may or may not even cover shipping. I'll wait til after the sale is over to re-up.

ETA: Skiggle the siggie makes me giggle everytime I see it. Teabags, anyone?

Would anyone know if these products work well for people with dreads? I wanted to pick up a set for my mom as part of her christmas gift....thanks!
