When was the last time you combed?
If you're doing low manipulation that's a normal amount. Friday was only a few days ago though. Try an egg with fermodyll 619 treatment. This is good for reducing shedding I've heard. Also instead of Garlic Shampoo try the Alter Ego Garlic treatment - this will decrease the shedding. You can get it at ibeautyny.com. HTHs
Sunshine....what was your diet like 4 months ago if you can remember.
Sometimes we don't eat enough protein, it can trigger more shedding a couple of months later by forcing our hair into the shedding phase faster than we expect.
Try henna. Unless you want dreadlocks, you have to comb it. I went a little too low-manipulation and ended up with locs that I had to cut.![]()
It's the normal amount, sweetie.![]()
Ok, I need some scale here. The hair--was it on an 8" by 11" piece of paper (as it appears to be)? And if so, did it actually cover most of it (as it seems to)?
If so, there is no way that it is normal to lose that much hair in just two days. If not, then please explain, by comparing it to something in size, about how much hair that is.
Everybody's shedding is different. Depending on the length of hair and how long you have gone without combing it you will have more or less. That amount of shed hair looks normal to me. Also, different times of the year causes more or less shedding. Does your hair seem thinner? If not, I wouldn't worry about it.
Have you changed your reggie at all? Are you using any growth aids? Have you traveled lately?
Yes, it is starting to thin out. I actually found a bald spot about 15 minutes ago where my soft spot used to be. I wonder am I developing male pattern baldness. The top of my head is kind of sore and thinner than the rest actually.
