Garlic supplement and hair shedding...

Hey ladies,
I just picked up a bottle of Garlic supplement (1000mg) to stop my hair from shedding and wanted to know if it will work alone by itself or do I have to get a garlic conditioner/shampoo or garlic oil?
I would like to completely end my hair shedding ASAP! BTW I have been using my megatek every night and only shampoo and condition my hair sunday nights. Any recommendations? Help a sister out

I haven't taken garlic orally for shedding, so i don't know if that works for me. But I do rub a mix of garlic oil and olive oil into my scalp for 5 min before a wash/condition. This seems to help stop my shedding pretty significantly.
