I need accountabiltiy for my hair goals

I just measured my hair from roots to ends after I gave myself a trim(1-2inches to be exact). My length is 16 inches. I know that healty hair embodies more than just what you put on it,but I need some sistahood help with my goal of bra strap length by April. Here are my means of getting to my goal:
1) Incorporating more raw foods in my diet.
2.) Exercising 3-4 times a week. Exercising gets the blood pumping,therefore nourishing the hair follicles.
3.) More scalp massages
4.) Combing my hair every 3 days,when I detangle after a wash.
5.) No more direct heat (curling irons,press)until the spring. (YIKES)
Just like many lose weight with the support of others,I need your support. I mainly want you all to hold me accountable to these goals I have implemented for myself.
 
Hey i definitely support your goals especially excercising. I need a heart rate to stimulate my follicles as well! I took your advice and im going to order some belly dancing tapes for my pelvic lines lol and i'm going to go to my local Y and swim since i hate the normal cardiovascular excercises. But you definitely have my support!!!!
