I noticed when i upped my dosage to 2000mg plus the 500mg in ultra hair that my hair is growing extremly fast and its getting thicker stronger and softer.

thanks. My hair is always getting straighter for some reason. I dont hardly have any dandruff like before. If i was a woman i also think i'd could go relaxer free but its probably too soon to see results like that even though its been several months taking 1000mg of msm i just upped it to 2000mg after reading that "anyone go relaxer free after msm success thread" It does say on the bottle take atleast 2 1000mg capsules.

i do notice when i take my second dose of msm, silica, vitamin e, second dose of flax, and Zinc that i feel like throwing up.

Are you taking it with food? Did you increase your water intake?

On the days that I eat "sketchy", I lighten up my vitamin intake to avoid nausea. I have found that when vitamins on an empty stomach is makes me feel
