Oh my goodness! I've only been using this stuff for a week now and my hair has done a COMPLETE turn-around. My hair is healthy but prone to mild dryness where my scalp oils can't reach the hair (the bottom half of my hair). This stuff makes my hair feel like a soft cloud! It's so shiny and bouncy and feels like silk! And the smell is AMAZING! I even like the shampoo. I was skeptical because people always say how harsh Dominican shampoos are but truthfully it gives me what I like (that squeaky clean feeling). The deep conditioner is amazing. My fingers and comb just glided through my hair! I love the rinse as well it's been great as my daily CW and I also use some as a leave in. I've had a lot of compliments on the shine, feel, and smell of my hair by friends, family, and strangers alike. My boyfriend LOVES the smell! We were at the movies and he had his nose in my curls the whole time! This stuff is great I love the WHOLE line! Definately a keeper. If it keeps giving me these consistant results then I think I may have found a cure to my pj'ism!!! :D

Did you order this on the internet? How does this compare to Rivas Silicon Mix, if you've used it before?

Thanks

I've used the Sole & Cinnamon Rinse and the Silicone Mix, to me they are both wonderful there is no way to explain what they can do for my NG, so I can imagine what it does to a natural head of hair. They both smell amazing, leave the hair soft, silkier than ever and the body is unbelievable it's like every strand for it's self just free flowing hair, I also have used other Capilo shampoos and I have no complaints, yes they do clean the hair and scalp very well but in my experience they have not removed any moisture from my hair or made it react or feel like it has been stripped. What I can say is that there maybe other shampoo's that leave the hair so that it feels as if you put a leave-in in already, but when it dries it is as if you done nothing, for me Dominican poo's and conditions give my hair exactly what it needs, cleanliness, moisture, strength, shine and that silky, bouncy free flowing hair, especially when your 12wks post relaxer and up it saves your hairs life. oh I forgot there is a difference for me btwn the two, that Silicone mix keeps my NG from shriveling up or something, it's like it loosens the curl and it dries this way. Now that was the first time any product has kept my NG from totally reverting the way it does.;) :) :D

Is this the product u guys are talking about? I may have to give it a try...

I have some of this. Great stuff! Another good Dominican conditioner is Nacidit's Coconut Oil hair mask. I used some of this for the first time in months yesterday and it made my hair feel amazing.

I got mine a while back- haven't got around to using it yet -definitely will use it this weekend!- The smell is amazing!

Oh goodness, I really don't need another purchase right now.
I'm browsing sickbay now... I'm such a conditioner junkie...

Must co-sign on this post.

Being the die-hard Nexxus & NTM addict that I am, I have no idea why I ordered more products. But the PJ gremlin made me order the Silicon Mix & Sole & Cinnamon Rinse. So last night I pooed with Therapee, did an Emergencee treatment, and then used the Silicon Mix as a deep condition with heat. The smell is nice and when I rinsed my hair was very smooth and soft. I was afraid to use the Cinnamon Rinse because I didn't want to mess up the silky softness but I went ahead and applied the rinse, left it on for about 5 minutes and then rinsed with cool water. My hair remained soft, silky and easy to comb thru. I air-dryed in a ponytail overnight and 24 hours later my hair is still soft & silky. So both products get two thumbs up from me. I'll just have to figure out how to rotate them into the mix. :D

I finally tried this last night (I bought it over a month ago). I didn't like the smell though :ohwell: but it doesn't linger so that's not an issue. I know, however, that some of you ladies are staying away from certain ingredients and this (as well as many Dominican conditioners) has all of the "bad" ones in it ... petrolatum, mineral oil (both in the first 5 of the list) and parabens. It really didn't give me any major slip but I hadn't washed my hair since Friday night so that could've been the reason why. I am going to try it again tonight and for the rest of this week so I can give it a fair chance.

Does anyone like any of their other conditioners (they have sooooo many!!!)

Aw dang i just started selling the Capilo Sole and Cinnamon Rinse! :swearing:

So you're telling me I should have sold the creme conditioner instead?

I use the rinse. It's all it's cracked up to be. When I experienced seasonal shedding, it darn near stopped it in its tracks! Two thumbs up on the Sole y Canela!
