Capilo Sole&Cinnamon Conditoner: Stimulating growth??

I was wondering if this stuff tingles when you apply it to your scalp. I read somewhere on another site that some ladies were experiencing perhaps an increase in growth due to the cinnamon stimulating growth. So I was wondering if any of you have experienced this or not. I know someone here introduced the olive oil and cayenne pepper to LHCF, but does this do the same thing??
