I'm so excited! I'm going to use the cassia when I wash my hair tonight. I purchased 200g of this stuff. I am wondering how much of it I will need to mix with my conditioner. My hair is in between SL and APL,, so I'm not sure exactly how much I need to use this weekend. I'm going to do a search to find recipes. However, please feel free to leave advice or comments. :)

I use about 3 oz. I have a 1 oz scoop that I got from a protein powder can and I use 3 scoops with that. I think you could use less if you put some water in there, but if you only use conditioner you may want to use more.

Buttaflye, I will definitely let you know how it goes! I will also check out your link. Thanks girl!

HoneyDew, thanks girl for the measurements! I was thinking of mixing with water first to get that yogurt consistency and then mixing in the conditioner.

One day, try it with 2 cups of plain yogurt, 2 oz hot water and 3 oz of cassia and sit under the dryer for at least 20 min of the time you leave it in. Yummy - the rinse is easier and the yogurt is really conditioning.
