How often are you suppose to use cassia/alma? HELP!!!

I am new to lhcf and want to get some info on how often I am suppose to use cassia/alma in my hair? Just recently purchased some from hannaforhair.com and very excited about using the product. I don't want to use it too often and cause damage to my hair. Need some suggestions!!

I don't think there are any set amount of times when you are "suppose" to use it.

I think it is best to use it once, love it, and use it again when you think you need to (you'll know when).

Then you will know how often you need to use it. For me, I am cool with once a month, twice if I am not busy.

I used to do it weekly, but that was overkill for me.
