Goodness since I've been on this vitiaman bandwagon I've been hungry so much? anyone eles been going though this?:perplexed
 
This is the exact reason why I gave up vitamins. Before I knew I had gained ten pounds. I sold them suckers with the qucikness. I have lost the weight since then too.
 
boo! :mad: I dont want to give them up ill just hold out and pick healthy snacks...
 
My theory on that is the body got a shot of "clean" nutrients (meaning not hidden within processed gunk) it needs and wants some more.

LOL, girl you are not alone, one of the reasons I've started back up on my vits (I was slacking) because I don't mind the extra food intake, as a matter of fact I be sooo busy sometimes they remind me to eat, :lol:, everyone else in the house eats on time but I'm always saying "in one sec, or when I'm done this." I'm thinking of something to munch on as I type.

MANN i'm telling you and im figureing out i need get some healthy snacks i keep eating bannas and oranges and stuff and my body is like :eek: moreee dangit! moree..:lachen: this mite help with weight lost plus i added slime fast protain shakes so i know my body is like "LETS GO LET GO!":lol: AND i don't feel tired as much as i use to
 
Make sure you put some vegetables in the mix. Sometimes the body will signal hunger when it really is thirsty. Gotta water it...a lot.
 
When I drink water and I'm hungry, all my stomache starts doing is growling really loud, :lachen: even though it wasn't b4 I drank it.
I also have been eating a lot of fruit mainly apples (the green ones), grapes (the red ones) and banana's.
 
I know certain supplements and herbs can increase appetite. For example, alfalfa is an appetite stimulant.
 
I know i drink TONS of water I'm an athlete so i grew up on the stuff.. i just know im like really hungry alot hahha...
