I Have A Color/Relaxer Question

About a week ago I dyed my hair black with Garnier Herbashine. Its ammonia free. Anyway I'm at work and can't look it up so I was wondering if anyone knew if this was a permanent dye? I would like to relax my hair Friday or Saturday if its just a semi, but if not I will wait a while.
