How long after a color can I relax?

I used a demi-permanent, ammonia free hair color about 3 weeks ago, is it safe to relax? or should I wait a bit longer?

I think 3 weeks is a good enough time. I would suggest a protein the week before to prepare if you have the time before you relax.
 
its safe IMO as long as u havent washed it in less than a week
