I have a bottle of Emergencee and 2 min Aphogee Reconstructor...How should I use it?

I have some breakage, and I wanted to know if you think I should combine the two. This is my first time using Emergencee. Does anyone have suggestions?

Don't use both at the same time use one, one week and the other the next week.

Emergencee is really good and provides a lot of shine from my experience using it, while helping to repair the hair.

i just got finished using aphogee 2 minute and i'm doing this but i can say emergencee stopped my breakage..go for aphogee this week and emergencee the next

I was really sad when I created that username. I plan on changing it when I reach full neck length or full SL. I'll figure it out when I get there. The username change will be my redempetion, so I don't know if I want to change it just yet.

Don't use them together. I just finished using the Aphogee 2 Minute Reconstructor. <--I love this stuff. I follow the direction on the Emergencee. You shouldn't have to use it often. Be careful not to do a protein overload.

I use the aphogee the way the bottle instructs you to. however, there is a member on here that uses it as a pre-poo. Im gonna try it this way next time. I just recently started using aphogee and I love it!!!

For those of you that use Aphogee do you follow with the moisturizing condish or something else?
