I had a friend whose hair broke off really badly..

because a stylist left some relaxer in her hair. Her hair grew back and past her shoulders and when I asked her what she did to grow it back she simply stated that she had people pray over it. Leisha, I wouldn't go as far to have ladies pray directly over it, but it's on my prayer list also some nights. I still feel a little guilty praying for hair when God's busy dealing with more stressing matters around the world. But someone pointed out to me that god doesn't mind "giving treats" to his children so I feel a lot moe comfortable in praying for healthier, longer hair now. /images/graemlins/angel.gif

A friend told me about a salon that does exactly that with their clients and a lot of their clients are long hair success stories. I say that I'm going to pray about my hair, but rarely do. It was suggested to me to do this for my baby when she was 2 because the poor thing was bald. I was told to get some prayer oil and rub it on her scalp and pray. My baby now has a head full of thick 4a hair. /images/graemlins/babyg.gif

We are twins! Just this am while praying I told the Lord that I was cursing the fat and claiming the lean! I even asked Him to destroy every unnecessary calorie /images/graemlins/swordfight.gif /images/graemlins/hammer.gif and to increase my metabolism so that I could lose weight without having to do as much exercising.

I also started praying for my hair last fall and I do believe that is when He directed me to the LHCF so Hallelujah! (and I am serious) /images/graemlins/angel.gif

Well ladies I started saying my prayers last night for ALL the members on the board whilst I was washing my hair in the shower. I talked them out loud so I know he heard me. If I'm alone I talk to God out loud walking around my house doing the housework. I swear the neighbours must be wondering who I'm talking too /images/graemlins/laugh.gif
